This 20×30 artwork is alcohol ink on yupo surface. Yupo is a synthetic “paper”that is non-absorbant, causing the colors to radiate brilliantly in the light. It is very challenging to work with, as it is difficult to keep the alcohol ink colors separate. They run together, dry quickly & become a muddy mess! It is a medium that is not like any other, & takes much patience to use.
